交通部長郭瑤琪、立法院長王金平昨天與十多位立委在台灣高鐵董事長殷琪陪同下，一同試乘高鐵 ，王表示國內第一條子彈列車高鐵坐起來很順暢，足以和新幹線媲美。
政府顯要啟用高鐵 dignitary（n）可數 MOTC minister Kuo Yao-chi and Chairwoman of the Taiwan High Speed Rail Corp  Nita Ing were among the dignitaries that were invited to join the ride.  ---Cuban leader Fidel Castro said he will be able to receive foreign dignitaries in private during a summit.  交通部長郭姚琪和台灣高鐵董事長殷琪是這次被邀請搭乘的顯貴要人之一。
