★★使用過群英網的同學卻忘記密碼：
─使用「忘記密碼」功能，在忘記密碼頁面，填入信箱需使用當初申請時相同的信箱，否則收到的密碼會是無效的。
─若收到新密碼卻登不進去：若同學確定有申請過群英網帳號，忘記密碼也忘記原來使用的信箱，請聯絡系統管理員(ceweb.admin@gmail.com)說明自己身份，以協助重設密碼。
★★ EngSite Users: if you forgot your password, please use "Forget pwd" function.
--When filling out your email address, please enter the one you used previously; otherwise, the password you get will be ineffective.
--If you have indeed an EngSite account, but have forgotten both your password and your email address, please contact system manager (ceweb.admin@gmail.com) and introduce yourself for the manager to re-set your password.
★★★ 若同學曾經使用過EngNet輔仁英語網路學院，未曾使用過群英網， 請直接以「帳號、密碼都輸入學號」登入，系統會要求同學到EngNet設定的信箱取得密碼後登入。同學在登入後，可至「個人檔案區」重設密碼。
★★★ If you have used EngNet but not EngSite, please enter with your student ID as your ID and pwd. The system will then send you your password to the EngNet-designated mailbox. Upon entering EngSite, please go to "MyProfile" to re-set your password.
