   This program aims to help you to prepare effective business documents for internal and external communications.      

    The program is divided into five units:

   1. Principles of Business Writing

   2. E-mail/Memo/Fax/Meeting Documents

   3. Routine Business Documents

   4. Creative and Persuasive Documents

   5. Business Reports

 

   Each unit will include:

   1. A guideline for writing

   2. Sample letters

   3. Useful expressions/Terminology

   4. Tips

   5. A checklist.
